I wish there was a code so that each time you try modifying your profile it won't disappear. I know Sunshine has tried working on it but seems no luck so far.

lol, I would never put the real me up. She is a celebrity. A Muslim Bollywood actress.
Very much, years ago, I would cycle non-stop for 3 hours and still would love to cycle more.
You should put your daily exercise thread here too. I may start exercising again. I must tone up.

I try to stay fit as i just want to feel good. I know i am not going to be running any marathons any time soon so i just try to keep it consistent and i am only doing it for myself. I usually do cardio on the treadmill or elliptical. And, when on the treadmill, i jam on my Ipod and incorporate arm exercises like fist pumps and such while walking. Then, i will use some light handweights while walking as well and lift them up over my head and incorporate some arm exercises with those. I also started using some kettle balls to do some stretching and toning.

I've tried the tabata workout/training lately. But I need to spend an hour on exercise daily and get my arse off the laptop lol. I am lucky to have a high metabolism. I know everyone wishes to feel sexy in their bodies.

I like rowing too. Would row 2 hours every day one time. I was such an exercise freak one time that I found myself really physically weak then and so stopped.

For me, the key was to realize that it just has to be part of life. And, done in moderation. I think too many people think they have to exercise to the max and then add more and more and make it more and more strenuous and then they quit. It has to fit in with real life. Unless you do that for a living, it is just part of overall health. So, i try to keep it about 45 min start to finish and that's it. Less than that, then i don't feel like i got a good work out or stretch and more than that , then it starts to encroach into my other life responsibilities. I am only training for myself as my competition days are over.

I would enjoy watching The Biggest Loser USA. I don't understand the over-eating. I can understand genetics but really...why don't people take care of their bodies?
