Everyone ready for another night of dancing. This should be interesting since it's Halloween.

Seems David did fairly well with that. All 8s is about what I expected.
Next up, J.R.

I thought David did pretty well but those Cuban heels were distracting to me. He must be really short.

LOL I never pictured him to be short but I guess he is.

Ghost busters isn't a song I'd pick for the Tango.

Wow, I can't imagine telling my dance teacher what is or is not important.
I loved doing the tango when I took lessons.

I didn't like it. It was too untraditional for me.

Well, it didn't seem to be one of his best but it was good.
Taking ballroom dance lessons is on my bucket list. I've always had two left feet. Drove my mother crazy when she tried to teach me the jitter bug.

I used my very, very tiny inheritance from my mother to take lessons for about a year. I wanted to do something special with the money and I'd always wanted to take ballroom dancing lessons, too.
I loved the lessons. Unfortunately, dancing almost every day in high heels caused a severe bunion. I had to have surgery on it and I just never went back to taking lessons.
I didn't find the jitter bug/swing that easy, either. It's really labor-intensive, too. I tended to prefer the less strenuous dances like the rumba and the tango. I'm not at all athletic.

Awww, what a great way to spend the inheritance.
Wearing high heels daily is strenuous but dancing in the daily, good grief. I can't imagine. Sorry you had to go through the surgery.
The tango was always a dance I'd love to learn.
I think J.R.'s scores were right on tonight.

I learned to jitterbug in elementary school gym class.

Well, that was next door to awful. Chubby people have to be phenomenal dancers, imo, to look good doing a jive and Nancy is a mediocre dancer, imo.

Well, Nancy didn't do too bad, I thought. Not the best but . . . Nancy looks like she's losing some weight for sure.

She just seems afraid to let go and have fun with it. You can just see the smite in her eyes or on her face when they criticize her.

They both are shrinking, for sure. No one comes close to Kirstie, though. I'd like to know how she lost so much, so quickly, and still seemed to keep her strength and energy.
