 I've been to FL once, in April, and I will never go there again! I just didn't like FL. It was mid-state around Busch Gardens amusement park.

Where I live, Christmas is in the middle of summer. This isn't always good, you can never guarantee what the weather will do, but I'm happy as long as it's not stinking hot.

I like the snow, the decorated tree, family time, a nice fire in the fireplace, and just the spirit of the season.
