Lmao, once again the anti abortion crowd is trying to exploit another loophole to push their agenda. What's really funny is that every time they try something to prevent abortions or to overturn roe v wade they fail. The first time this latest tactic they are trying gets challenged on a fed level that loophole they are exploiting will be closed and they will fail again.  ;D ETA The obstacle that the anti abortion crowd cant get past is that federally abortion is legal. States that have banned, restricted or, tried to do either one have faced heavy opposition. The loophole they are trying to exploit on the affordable care act is where it states that each state can impose rules on the healthcare providers. The part they still forget is that if they try and ban anything that is already legal on a federal level such attempts can be and almost always are overruled by a fed court. So as I said, the first time its challenged in federal court this latest tactic by the anti abortion crowd will fail and a lot of anti abortion right wingers will be very upset and disappointed.........again lol. |

Actually the anti abortion crowd should have considered how easily the fed can overturn their latest attempt to block abortion. Lmao but don't take my word for it wait until they get challenged on it. Lol

I bet you haven't even read the article you copied and pasted here from the other forum you got it from. I also bet you haven't read the affordable care act or the provision in it that the anti abortion crowd is trying to use. I have and it doesn't mention or give any authority to limit or ban abortion. Really fuzzy you should really read up on the stuff before you post it.
