I've been given the title of Tech Administrator on "The General Board". My current job is to create banners to match the different themes this forum has. How exactly do I create a banner?

I'm a member of many different forums. Didn't mean to cause irritation or confusion. I now know that I need a graphics programs to be able to make banners. Since I don't have one, I can't make any banners.

I can’t ban you anyways...I don’t have that kind of power here. The ONLY power I have here (by permission) is maybe making the daily board if Sunshine isn’t awake to do it (she allows anyone who is up earlier than her to do that).
