We've had a white Christmas for the last 3 years...... Don't mind it when I'm tucked safely at home and don't have to go anywhere. However, I have to travel to get to work and last year they closed the school mid morning and we had a nightmare trying to get all the kids home. By the time they had gone. We couldn't get out of the city at all.... and had to spend the night on a camp bed in a hotel. Its scary trying to go down hills when the car starts to slide....the car in front slammed into a wall but I put the ESP on... and it juddered to a halt thank goodness. Then there is the digging the car out when its like an ice cube covered in snow and all the locks are frozen...I've been through the hatch back before now and wriggled into the driving seat. So mixed feelings....If it gets here... Im dreading the morning.

Hi ISA,
I don't mind the stuff, but I don't much like its resultant slush. I am reminded of the phrase: there's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes. I suppose the phrase's insight holds true in most circumstances.
Go well.
