Have any of you baked quick breads in tin cans?

I want to try this but I have to make them ahead of the time we'll eat them.

I want to freeze these breads in the cans so that I can show the grands and great grands what can be done.

Will the can ruin the breads if I do this and freeze them together for a month or so?
