I'm making steamed mussels for supper. Prince Edward Island blue mussels, chicken broth, white wine, onions, garlic, celery, Italian bread crumbs, cream, parsley, dill and parmesan cheese.
With a fresh baguette for dipping. Heaven.

I baked chocolate chip cookies. Put a beef roast in the crockpot. Sliced and shredded and served over noodles with brown gravy. I also made crab cakes the other day for the first time. Not bad.

I think I am going to have some Eggo waffles. The problem is you need a minimum of three of them to even fill you up and I feel guilty going over TWO! ;D

I made a great homemade pot pie a few weeks back...chunks of white meat chicken. Really good on a cold night...a meal in itself! Easy too!

I saw a picture of this stuff called poutine and it looked "interesting." I think it was fries with gravy and cheese curds. I am not sure about the gravy part, but the rest of it sounds good. I want to try that overseas. I bet it's a heart attack just waiting though...

I doubt that you'll find poutine in England. Poutine is delicious, but really unhealthy.
